Who we are

Legends Brothers Barber Shop, 49 Friern Barnet Road, London N11 3EG. Phone 07786 898673. We are responsible for the details you give us through this website.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number when you book.
• Any note you add to your booking.
• The service, date and time you choose.

You don't need an account or email address to book.

How we use it

Only to hold and manage your appointment, and to contact you about it if needed. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell them.

When you book, the shop receives a short alert on Telegram with your first name, the service and the time. Your phone number and note are not included in that alert.

Who else handles it

Your booking is stored securely by the companies that host this website and its booking system on our behalf. They only process it to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to run the shop and manage appointments.

Your choices

You can cancel your appointment at any time using the private link you get after booking. To see, correct or remove your details, call us on 07786 898673 or visit the shop.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
